This used to be my go-to haircut place, but my last 2 haircits here were very bad. Two times ago the they did not cut enough off top like I had asked, resulting in me having to go bsck in about 2 weeks rather than my standard 3-4. My stylist also decided to have a conversation with me about "old rich white guys" whom it was obvious she didn't like, and then proceeded to label me as one. When I went back this most recent time, the new lady totally missed patches of hair around my ears and on the back of my head. When i got home and showered I noticed patches of hair much longer than the hair surrounding it. That's just sloppy workmanship. Has this place come under new management? It feels like the current employees have no clue what they're doing.

Jessica is an absolute angel! My 3 yr old son was just recently diagnosed with autism and has had very bad experiences with hair cuts due to sensory issues. Jessica was so gentle and encouraging with him and showed him what she was doing while rooting him on through the whole process. This is the first time my son has ever stayed still and cooperated with out one fuss! I cannot thank you enough! We will be back!
